I was a bit confused at first about how the warranty return was supposed to work, but support got back to me quickly and explained the steps. Once I figured out what they needed from me, it was easy, and everything got sorted without much hassle.

I have been using this for soreness, and it does help a bit. It is not a total game changer though, especially for the price. I was hoping it would make a bigger difference, so I would say it is decent but not amazing.

It got here quicker than I expected, and everything was packed nicely. No problems at all, so I’m happy with it.

I had a quick question about shipping and figured I’d get some canned reply or that they’d try to dodge the issue, but support got back to me really fast. They were super friendly and just fixed it without making it a whole thing, which I appreciated.

Setup was super simple and didn’t take much effort at all. I almost expected there to be more to figure out, not that that’s a bad thing, honestly. It was just nice to have something work without a hassle.

I finally got my Joovv set up, but the process was more annoying than I expected. The device and parts feel really sturdy, so no complaints there, but the instructions could be way clearer, especially with the mounting steps and getting the app connected. It kind of felt like they assumed I’d either already know what I was doing or end up digging around online, which is exactly what happened. It works fine now, but for something like this, I was hoping the setup would be a lot more straightforward.

I got my Joovv a few weeks ago, and I’ll admit the build quality is really solid. Nothing feels flimsy, there are no weird rattles, and the stand is sturdy too. It’s heavier than I expected, but in a good way, it feels like something that’s made to last. That said, if there was any mix-up or delay on the customer side, I do think an apology would’ve been appropriate. Overall, the product itself feels well built.

I bought a Joovv panel a few months ago i’ve been happy with it. It feels sturdy and well made, and I use it most days, usually after workouts or when my back decides to act like I’m 900 years old.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the price, because good grief, it is not cheap. I stared at the checkout page like I was making a life-altering financial decision. That said, compared to a couple cheaper ones I tried, this one definitely feels more solid and reliable, so I don’t regret it.
